Resident Pricing

• A Mulberry Resident is considered a resident if they live within or own a business within the city limits and pays a water bill to the City of Mulberry.
• Money is due in the full amount at the time the application is submitted.
• Monies are accepted by money order or personal check only.
• Renter must provide a valid driver’s license with their current address.
• Outside access to restroom.
• Application submission and paid in full status are required to hold rental date.
• $50.00 plus tax ($53.50)for all day rental. Fee is non-refundable.

Non-Resident Pricing

• A person is considered non-residential if they do not pay their water bill to the City of Mulberry or do not live within the city limits. One can have a Mulberry address without living within the city limits.
• Money is due in the full amount at the time the application is submitted.
• Monies are accepted by money order or personal check only.
• Renter must provide a valid driver’s license with their current address.
• Outside access to restroom.
• Application submission and paid in full status are required to hold rental date.
• $75.00 plus tax ($80.25) for all day rental. Fee is non-refundable.
