Civic Center Rental
Resident Info & Pricing
A Mulberry Resident is considered a resident if they live within, or own a business within city limits & pays a water bill to the City of Mulberry.
Renter must provide a valid Driver’s License with current address when submitting application.
All monies are to be paid by personal check or money order in the exact amount owed.
Standard rental is for 6 hours. This includes set up and tear down time.
Additional hours may be added if requested prior to rental.
Additional terms if there will be alcohol on the premises. See below.
All applications are to be approved by the City Manager. Once approved, renter will be contacted and have two weeks to pay remaining balance.
Deposit is required to hold date and is fully refundable if conditions are met.
It is the responsibility of the renter to complete the check request form. See below for details.
$200.00 deposit due with application, OR $300.00 deposit if alcohol will be at the event.
$270.00 plus tax ($288.90) for standard rental of 6 hours.
$45.00 plus tax ($48.15) for each additional hour.
$25.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee (not taxed).
$136.00 (not taxed) if there will be alcohol on the premises. In this event, fee is required for an off-duty officer for a minimum of 4 hours.
Non-Resident Info & Pricing
A person is considered non-residential if they do not live within city limits, nor do they pay their water bill to the City of Mulberry. One can have a Mulberry address without living in the city limits.
Renter must provide a valid Driver’s License with current address when submitting application.

Community Service, Civic, Government, and Non-Profit Info & Pricing
Renter of a non-profit rental must provide State Tax exempt form.
Renter must provide a valid Driver’s License of the person responsible for the rental application.

Check Request Procedures
The renter named on the application is the person that shall come into the library to fill out a check request form to redeem refundable deposits.
It is the responsibility of the renter to remember to fill out the check request form.
Once completed, form will be sent over to Mulberry City Hall for processing.
Once processed, Mulberry City Hall will send the check by mail to the address provided on the application.
